The work may be delegated. The roles may be clear. Your people may be good.
And yet judgement, decisions, context or coordination still keep finding their way back to you.
Take the five-minute Capacity Diagnostic to see where organisational capability appears to be getting stuck — and what I would investigate first.
About 5 minutes · Immediate result · No email required to see it
You may have capable people, defined roles, management meetings, systems and AI tools. Yet slightly unusual work still comes back. Decisions still rise. Cross-functional issues still find you. Somebody still has to know what “good” looks like.
You will not receive a personality type or a pretend-precise score. You’ll see the pattern in your answers, what I would investigate next and one practical place to start.
It is based on operating patterns Angela looks for in founder-led businesses. It is designed to help you identify where to investigate, rather than pretend 15 questions can produce a scientifically validated assessment of your company.
Please do not include client names, confidential documents, passwords or other sensitive information. The questions do not require them.
Your answers and resulting Capacity Pattern are stored anonymously so the diagnostic can operate and improve. You do not need to provide your name, email or company to see your result.
All fifteen questions, the 0–3 weights, the N/A rule for AI, dimension means, the 1.50 / 0.35 thresholds, six result states and the connected-signal bridge are verbatim from the build brief — a deterministic engine, no LLM anywhere in the result path. The result renders in full before the email ask, newsletter consent is unchecked, and “Tell me what’s going on” carries the result to Contact via a visible context strip. In production: anonymous session record (no IP/name/email until supplied), the nine analytics events, an indexable landing with unindexed personal results, and the result email in §25. And per §29 — the scoring is never tuned toward whichever pattern converts.
