What is the difference between AI use and AI capacity?

AI capacity is the organisation becoming more capable — where the work carries enough context, standards, ownership, decision rights and escalation for people and AI to perform it reliably without the founder in every loop. A business can give everyone ChatGPT and still have exactly the same organisational problem, only faster.
